What REALLY Happened ‘Behind-The-Scenes’ During ‘Endless Votes’ for Establishment House Speaker?

There has been a lot of mis- and dis-information about the seeming debacle on the Floor of the House trying to figure out who was going to Replace Nancy Pelosi, and control the flow of Bills to the Chamber (and other such key duties). To be certain, it is a powerful Post. But even if it turns out that the final winner, Kevin McCarthy, is truly a RINO, as many fear (even if for no other reason than for his also being from California), he will not have anything like Nancy’s Power to wreck ruin upon Conservative positions, because of what was really taking place during the many rounds of negotiations between votes.

The Bacon

Herein find a partial list of negotiated demands made and eventually satisfied, Win-Win style, to enable a final vote that silenced the tumultuous process which, at times, seemed as if it might end up in Japanese Diet- (their legislative body) style brawls, injuriously drawing blood. Some are not so sure blood wasn’t drawn, in more private ‘debates.’ We know obscenities flowed like liberal whine. We will start with the Good News, and finish with a WARNING, as to the only logical, remaining, and terrible things the far-left Communist-backed extremists can do to retain power, long term.

The first thing that now becomes a reasonable concern, is the elimination of Biden/Harris, enabling McCarthy to become President. If he is the RINO many fear, then that puts the Democrats back into a position to do additional damage, and likely resets the House in ways which nullify or neuter most of the gains made, spoiling the Bacon for Republicans. But this is not the worst thing, that might happen. Not by along shot. I’m more concerned about the possibility of Martial Law, if you will bear with me.

Pray with me, that such a fear is merely the conspiracy theorist in me, but it has been something the Universal Conspiracy Theory (apologies, Einstein) developed after ten years of research for my Fatal Rebirth book set, has been right in all but one of a dozen forecasted events, but even that one can still come to pass: Martial Law. It was right about the downing of the WTC by Jet-liner terrorism, and the resulting series of Middle East oil wars. It was right about a terror plot against Portland, Oregon, which I personally thwarted (Gas Station Tasking). It was right about an assassination attempt on a Presidential Candidate Ross Perot, to force him out of the election. It was right about Shadow, my term at the time for a Deep State shadow government. It is more and more seeming it was right about a bioweapon attack, and financial assaults on our nation’s viability. Let us hope it was wrong about Martial Law, and an interim military government pending introduction of a new Constitution intended to pre stage for a North American Union. A copy of The Constitution of the NewStates of America, with analysis as described, was included in the Appendix.

I hate sticking my neck out with Paul Revere-like warnings, especially if found true, but the Communists ARE coming, one way, or another. We therefore need fully understand what really took place in the Speaker election process, and what it means for both Parties. This is what will allow the warning to make perfect sense, if you think it through to logical conclusion, based on and considering the Democrat’s doggedly continuous efforts to criminalize Trump, and the engineered Jan 6 farce of a faked insurrection.

Who are the 20?

Mainstream has been sloth to tell you. I’ve found several which present ’News’ reports of the vote process which seem to be designed to foment fear among Republicans that the 20 were Rinos, and that their demands were traitorous to Conservative ideals. They have gone so far as to employ Titles such as ‘Here are the 20 Republicans that (insert a given description),’ but in reading, they name not one. Because to name them, we would be able to verify their party loyalty one way or another.

The ONE I found which did name them, was very careful to give only their name, forcing me to research each one to show their true character, here, hopefully done without error, as I loose sleep in my rush to finish. All but one (see #19) are Members of the ultra-right Freedom Caucus (note: I do not cite all caucus/comittees, just the biggies), which has very selective Membership rules, and opposed certifying the 2020 Election. The list is reproduced exactly as found in media, which appears to be in no particular order, save perhaps the first one, the most politically powerful of the bunch:

That is who they are, and their special duties of note. Next comes what they have done for us by holding firm in their attempt to do something never before, done, a kind of filibuster in the actual House Vote process, itself; endless voting, instead of endless speech (but plenty of that, too). The method was simple: vote for anyone but McCarthy, forcing McCarthy, Democrats, and known RINOS to negotiate, they seeing McCarthy as their best bet from among the those likely to garner any votes, at all. Here, I again underscore: even if McCarthy is a RINO, the Democrats loose big, because of what they gave up to get him, among them several which give Republicans useful control over McCarthy’s actions. More importantly, it also includes tools which set the stage to undo much of what Democrats have done under Biden.

Should Conservtives finally take another Seat or two needed to control the Senate, Rinos not withstanding, and elect a Republican President, those tools can be brought to bear to undo Democrat Damage rather Quickly, and even put many of them in jail, if employed to the full potential the nature of the tools intone. We already have first fruits, of sorts, in that within hours of McCarthy’s installation, the House voted to rescind funding of the IRS’ 87000 Agents. Getting the that past the Senate and President Biden is, of course, another matter, as things sit, today. But the foundatin has been laid. Now, as to the flavor of the bacon…

It should be noted that there has yet to be, as of this writing, any official announcements detailing these concessions. They are here reproduced from the X22 Report Web site, their Reports page titled: Control Has Now Been Transferred to the Patriots, Panic in DC, Information Warfare. Their presentation offers a seemingly disorganized collage of information because it is presented in order of receipt, and covers a wide variety of news topics, like a news-feed. It also seems to be mish-mash of authoritative sources, and anonymous sources difficult to verify, but accepted as known insiders by X22. There is some reason to wonder if Trump may have played a role in orchestrating the matter, the insiders perhaps go-betweens from among his own team, in need of anonymity to allow them to continue in such roles.

Included were the shown tweets shown here from Mike Flynn to Adam Schiff regarding Schiffs alarmed dissatisfaction, and from others, including an analytical summary by Citizens for Renewing America, below, which validates the bulleted summary points, which next follow. The points have not been edited except for display format, for better readability, to include bold text to show the most import aspects, in this writer’s view. Comments in stared *italics have been added to help clarify, where thought useful.

The Win-Win Points:

• Members of the conservative House Freedom Caucus got commitments to be added to the Rules panel. The committee exerts tremendous power by setting the terms of debate but usually operates as a tool of the Speaker. (It traditionally has a 9:4 ratio, so the majority never loses). McCarthy had already agreed to a five-vote requirement to make the motion, which sets up essentially a vote of no-confidence in the Speaker, and agreed to lower it to a single lawmaker.

• McCarthy agreed to take a hard line on increasing the statutory debt limit – which Congress must lift to accommodate spending it has agreed to through appropriations. *This should end trillion dollar spending.

• The holdouts reportedly got a pledge to get floor votes on term limits and border security. The former in particular could drive a wedge through the conference. McCarthy himself was elected to the House in 2006.

• The Conservative Leadership Fund, a PAC backed by McCarthy, brokered a deal with the Club for Growth that will impact Republicans that join the House in the future.  The CLF committed to stay out of ‘open’ primaries when a lawmaker vacates a seat. That gives arch-conservatives a chance to prevail in a primary without getting pounded by leadership, which sometimes weighs in on behalf of candidates deemed more ‘electable.’ *The Speaker/CLF cannot torpedo Incumbent Republicans.

• McCarthy reportedly agreed to allow ‘open rules’ on spending measures, which could lead to lengthy debates and efforts to zero out funding for programs unpopular with Republicans.

• Another concession is a cap on discretionary spending.

• Republicans are girding to take on the Biden administration, and the conservatives forced a commitment to set up a committee on the ‘weaponization’ of the DOJ. The idea had been floated as a subcommittee on the House Judiciary Committee. Its exact structure and membership were uncertain.

• A proposed subcommittee to investigate “weaponization” of the federal government — a key demand of House conservatives who delivered Speaker Kevin McCarthy the gavel — would be given sweeping investigatory powers that include explicit authority to review “ongoing criminal investigations.”

• In addition to this initial list from Friday night, McCarthy announced in his acceptance speech that the left’s hiring of 87,000 IRS agents will be tackled first.

• Another concession given is that there must be 72 hours given to review bills before they come on the floor. Given the sheer density of some bills that come through, that, again, seems more than fair. *No more ‘passing of Bills to find out what is in them.’

• The scope of the actual real crimes Durham is investigating are quite massive. He’s been a very, very busy man since April of 2017, when both Strzok & Lisa Page were worried about having to be interviewed by him in a leak investigation. They run through:

1. The FBI
2. The CIA
3. The State Dept.
4. Both houses of the US Congress
5. The Fake News Media
6. FVEY foreign intelligence agencies *FVEY: The so-called ‘Five Eyes’ of the U.S. and nations of the U.K. Including them implies someone in Congress has significant reason to presume international collusion with our allies by Democrats, a breach of National Security protocols/law, in my view: likely qualifying as TREASON.

This concessions are indeed a ‘Win-Win,’ in the matter, but they come at a potential price none of us would wish to pay. Feel free to rightly consider this wild speculation, for that is hopped to be the case. But the Biden regime is mortally wounded, politically, and nearing a point where there is little it can do within the normal framework of government. Neither are they seen as viable Democrat candidates going forward, at the end of his term. Mainstream has already started to shift and wax critical of some of his policy, and just this week, we learn of deliberately leaked discovery of his having done the very thing Biden tried to have his weaponized DOJ/FBI do to get Trump convicted of doing.

That is, of illegally taking classified documents into personal possession, a thing Trump is allowed to do by law, by procedure, but Biden, who did the same while Vice President, was not allowd by law, to do, by any procedure. This actually plays into a possible Martial Law scenario, if you will allow me to explain. There are available means for the Democrats to get rid of Biden, especially with McCarthy and Republican’s unwitting help, through the 25^th Amendment. There are any number of ways that could ‘read,’ from mental incapacity, to corruption, to treason, all of them true by my standards and understanding. But a ‘clean sweep’ is likely desired, leaving Harris an unwanted negative asset in need of discarding.

Yet as simpler and more effective solution could accomplish all goals almost overnight. Imagine a murderous and large-scale False Flag by leftist designed to blame ‘militant, treasonous, Christian Conservatives,’ which starts with the public assassination of both Biden and Harris. It would also likely target select members of his staff deemed loyal to Biden more than to the Deep State, and any Congressional players seen as a threat, and perhaps even a high ranking military figure or two, enabling Martial Law to be declared by… McCarthy, next in line for the Presidency under the 25^th.

Of course, if he were not part of the plot or deemed puppetry material, he could be eliminated, as well. As of today, that would make Democrat Senator Pat Murray our new President. She is one of the hard-core liberals from Washinton State, would love to have Washington Governor Jay Inslee as a running mate down the road. But the initial replacement V.P. would automatically be the Secretary of State, Democrat Antony Blinken. You may remember him from the aftermath of the terrible results of a failed withdrawel, militarily, from Afghanistan. He was associated with, perhaps even as architect, of the abandonment of U.S. Citizens, and $7B military hardware and supplies.

In such a murderous plot, the loss of a Joint Chief or two, would serve two purposes… it would be a warning to any Deep State-controlled military leaders who might balk under martial law, or simply have eliminated those known not to go along. It would also martyr them to the entire Military, to better assure their unwavering obedience to the new Regime.

Martial Law may be the only avenue remaining for Democrats to retain any useful level of power for the foreseeable future, as well as the ‘gains’ they have made in the destruction of America since and through Biden. The only logical means by which Martial Law could be declared, would be yet another false flag operation, one sufficiently violent and fomented nation-wide.

Properly executed, with near-synchronous or dramatic cascading series (in size) of strikes at many cities across the nation, and made to seem as if right-wing revolutionaries were responsible, A nation-wide Martial Law could even be used as an excuse to come for our guns, door to door. With our military bogged down at home with Martial Law, other nations like N. Korea and China might suddenly feel far more confident about peradventure moves against S. Korea, and Taiwan. Martial Law also buys them time to work whatever machinations they may, to establish the NewStates of America, as our new national identity… with a new Constitution, the first line of which reads, “We, the people, do establish the NewStates of America, herein provided to be ours, and do ordain this Constitution whose supreme law it shall be until the time prescribed for it shall have run.” I underscore the value, if you don’t see it, in that they know exactly when that will be; transformation to the North American Union.

This was all forecast in Fatal Rebirth, with differing specifics, two years before 9-11. I can think of no preventative measure which could not be overcome by a controlled Leftist media spin, other than peaceful marches by conservatives demanding proof that those involved were genuine Conservatives, and of course, for all Conservatives to refuse any violent actions.
