With the most recent release of declassified files this last week on the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, which includes FBI, CIA, and other agency files, I felt the need to set a few things straight, things quite contrary to the bulk of resulting media coverage. They have all conveniently overlooked rather a lot… not just now, but since years before 1963, and ongoing through today. I know and tell you this, because my own research for some of my books touching upon the murder, led to a simple, but shocking discovery. More telling, perhaps, is that I wasn’t even the first to uncover it… and just as my books attempting to share the information were book vanished by CIA, so were theirs. The information has been squelched by those among Government’s darkest Men in Black.

THERE IS IRONY involved, in that since 1983, there has NEVER BEEN A NEED to release the records, at all, because we already had hard evidence in the form of a virtual confession under Oath before a judge, as to who killed Kennedy, with hints at some of the how and why… but media was sufficiently controlled that it was suppressed. It was even witnessed directly by journalists, as it unfolded, but Men in Black still insured it was not reported, nor did the Judge do his duty to order prosecutors to reopen the case, for the wealth of new evidence the trail made available. To explain this claim, we first need to understand the methodologies employed in suppression, and close the matter with the proof. Sealing the records was not the only step, not by a long shot. It was simply the last step, short of ongoing ‘maintenance’ tasks I will shortly describe. Thankfully, having expertise on recognizing and confronting disinformation tactics, makes the explanation easier.

I speak of the 25 Rules of Disinformation I wrote early in my career (before I got gud grammer and spelgin), which nonetheless has been used in college courses on journalism, political science, and psychology, and which, if an unedited version, includes a how-to on how to defeat disinfo when encountered. The piece is all over the Web in nearly 1,500 reproductions, likely nearing 100,000,000 reads/downloads. We start with CIA Operation (a Project, really) Mockingbird, the wholesale, large-scale and long-term infiltration of mainstream media with thousands of in-place CIA assets, to help shape what media says, or does not say. It started with Richard Paley, head of CBS at the time, and his star Anchor, Walter Cronkite, who was advised to start the popular fad of labeling anyone who protested conflicting facts in official narratives as ‘conspiracy theorists.’ That’s Rule 5: Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. Cronkite had already been involved with military intelligence in WWII, precursors to the founding of CIA. Agency even bought Reuters, the News distribution service first established in Italy, to provide an easy means to plant stories in newspapers around the World, though they have since divested themselves such direct control.

I could correctly tell you that Mockingbird ended many years ago, but it is also a lie, for it has been replaced and upgraded, most recently by Biden’s politically weaponized FBI (who very much dislikes relying on CIA, for anything), and many CIA ties still remain active, as well. Such manipulation of media is found in Rule 1 of the 25: Hear no, see no, speak no Evil; Rule 9: Play dumb; and especially of late, Rule 20: False evidence… and I assure you media employs most of the remaining rules, as well.

I have in mind the most recent example: Elon Musk’s revelation that FBI has placed direct contacts at Twitter and other social media and mainstream media outlets, to advise what to say (or censor) regarding the Hunter Biden Laptop, and anything else regarding negative Democrat or positive Conservative politics. More than that, in fact: they were able to warn them before negative material became public, and even placed FBI staff among Twitter staff, in order to better supervise responses using the thousands of fake Twitter IDs used to shape public opinion, and sway elections to Democrat favor. That, by the way, is treason, a form of color of law to overthrow the duly elected (whomever they might have been if votes were fairly counted). Sort of removes two thirds of  ‘Government of the People, by the People for the People;’ a de facto Dictatorship.

In aid of claims next offered, know that my background involves my being both a friend and helper in various ways to almost every initialed investigative agency in government, as well as local LEA. Inversely, I’ve also been their target for my activism against and investigation of various wrongdoings they’ve undertaken. I’m not your average conspiracy theorist; I’ve helped solve or close investigations, and gone head-to-head with players of each sort. In the matters here discussed, I’ve spent two decades researching, and have directly worked with ex intelligence officers of all manner, and from more than one country, even to include one of those directly involved in Dallas, and other bump-in-the-night deeds in national news). I’m not talking through my hat, here, as my books variously reveal.

The assassination itself, was planned with post-event cover up in mind. Contingency planning is Agencies specialty (think Mission Impossible planning, to the nth degree). You don’t kill your own boss and the highest figure of authority in your government without a means of remaining undetected, and to avoid becoming an expendable asset posing significant risks to be eliminated with prejudice. Knowing that there are always things that might go wrong, and unexpected witnesses could turn up, an elaborate array of contingencies was needed to establish both plausible deniability, and clues pointing to other culprits, patsies, and cutouts… the more, the better. The forest of resulting clues found in the investigation of Kennedy did indeed point everywhere, at once, each suspect diluting the chance of giving weight to anything pointing to Agency.

In point of fact, Biden’s release of materials consists ONLY of such falsely placed evidence, likely forced upon him by CIA as quid-pro-quo for their weaponized and unlawful and fabricated aids provided to the Democrats against Trump. By way of example, the ‘courtroom confession’ I speak of confirms that Lee Harvy Oswald was indeed involved in the murder, as intended patsy, working directly with CIA cohorts. But in aid of misdirection, part of his role was that he took actions cited in the newly released files, which were intended to point to both Cuba and to Russia. Everything he did in New Orleans, while actually working under CIA’s Clay Shaw, was done in ways dragging in Cuba (Fair Play for Cuba leaflets), again, as well as implicating FBI. The latter was via the sharing of office space with retired Agent Guy Bannister, the fact that Oswald had a phone number to an FBI Office in Dallas in his wallet, and a valid FBI payroll ID number in his name.

As to the cited ‘confession,’ I reference the trial of E. Howard Hunt v. Liberty Lobby, U.S. Court of Appeals, 11^th Circuit, Nov. 28, 1983 720 F.2d 631. Hunt, a CIA Officer being represented by CIA provided lawyers, was suing The Spotlight newspaper (Washington D.C.) for slander, in their accusation that he had been present in Dallas during the assassination, implying it was tied to the carrying out of the murder. The Spotlight was (now defunct) known for never having been wrong in a story they broke, often months before mainstream media would touch it and instead claimed it false  — exactly the way mainstream does today with every Trump favorable news point, including Hunter’s laptop. Founder and Editor, Willis DeCarto, and I, have had conversations about such matters, invited by him to contribute to the Paper’s efforts at exposing one or more conspiracies over the years, most notably, the OKC Blast.

In court, testimony by Hunt and other CIA revealed the charges made by the paper more than true, naming several CIA operatives involved by name, and many details as to how it was carried out. Even the questions by the CIA’s own lawyers confirmed, ironically, as revealed in one of my books, which contains the trial transcript, with analysis. That those from media present only reported the verdict, reveals just how effective Mockingbird was. That the Judge, Albert J. Henderson, did not direct law enforcement to reopen investigation reveals how easy it is for CIA to manipulate justice.

As stated, I was not the first to learn of the trial. Thank Lawyer Mark Lane, and his book, Plausible Denial, for that. But Mockingbird’s silencing of Lane and others, including myself, is just one layer of CIA methodology; there were many layers deep of such misdirection. Should they fail to lead to Somewhere Drive, fall-back trails to Elsewhere Street, or Where Else Lane would take them further afield. Such streets actually exist, by the way, in a community where Men in Black and I had cloak-and-dagger duels.

All roads lead astray, to elements of the military industrial complex, including the military, to Jewish organizations (remember Jack Ruby’s ‘Pograms of the Jews’ warning, to Warren?), the Mob, and corporate giants. Usually, there was some truth present, incase a patsy was needed, conveniently actually in place. Onions within onions, each with its own endless layers. These things embrace many of the Rules, including Rules 11: Establish fall-back positions; 16: Vanish evidence and witnesses; 20: False evidence; and 22: Manufacture new solutions.

Then came the Warren Commission, and its tortured, long-delayed, admittedly (by almost everyone) flawed and impossibly (magic bullet) lone-gunman findings. Almost everyone appointed to the commission was there to insure the desired result, either owing to or owned by CIA, or subject to quid-qo-pro promises. Senator Ford, for instance, was given a Presidency, his role being to feed CIA with the internal progress and doings of the investigation, especially to include who would be called for witness, and why, ahead of time. Among other Rules already cited, 21: Call a Grand Jury, Special Prosecutor, or other special investigative body; 15: Fit facts to alternate conclusions; and 22: Manufacture a new truth.

Next comes book vanishing, as mentioned before. Three of my books have been subject to vanishing, added to a long list of books around the World. My first book is the best example of the process to which I can directly testify. I was actually rather pleased that Amazon ranked it 24,000^th in popularity, pretty good for a nich-market title with no promotional advertising, within the 50,000 library Amazon fielded at the time. But then I got a four-hour interview for the book with Art Bell’s Coast to Coast radioi show, with an international audience of 12,000,000.

Suddenly, overnight, my book jumped to 24^th place, ranking it a best seller, in fact selling out some 4,000 copies, for which I had already been paid my royalties. So it was time to talk about how many reprints to make. But that’s when I learned a few things unexpected, revealing how book vanishing works. They didn’t all happen at the same time, but within the same time frame, here presented out of order, as such is irrelevant.

• It was discovered through a contact at Amazon, that the bulk of the 4000 were purchased in a single transaction, and have vanished, thereby;

• Next, someone keen to obtain the copies purchased by others, began a clever ploy, themselves offering to sell a used copy for ridiculously higher and higher prices, over time. This was to inspire those with used copies to seek a quick profit at prices somewhat reduced from their loftier sum, ‘beating out the competition.’ Selling a book which cost you $14.95 for, say $260, might sound pretty attractive. I arranged to sell one, myself as a test (not using my name), and a local book store sold all six copies from his inventory for a $1,000 gain. Those distributed to public libraries tended to never be returned. In time, this would be done to three of my titles in the US, and one in Europe, where presumably MI-5 or 6 was offering over $500 worth of Euros, at one point;

• When speaking with my publisher about how many more copies he might elect for a reprint run (royaltie$ for me), he advised that his firm had recently been heavily invested in by a larger publisher, giving them a say in his affairs. Specifically, the investor’s required that he drop me as author, and not reprint the book, at all. The name of that firm was a known CIA front which had been used by Agency to publish disinformation useful in various ways, among their catalog, numerous books on the Assassination and other matters involving CIA, giving them Agency a clean bill of health. That was confirmed by two ex CIA Officers, one to me, in person, and one in his own public disclosure.

There it is. Rules 16, again: Vanish witnesses and evidence, and 22: Manufacture a new truth. Everything going on in media, today, and much of Democrat’s efforts at state and federal levels to indict Trump and his allies, or prevent indictments about election fraud or other Democrat corruptions, such as Hunter’s laptop, are a variant of book vanishing. The one-sided views based on lies and twisting of truth by media parallel it. Shadow banning and manipulation of search engines and social media to slant opinions and alter election outcomes, also achieve it.

That, and the rest described herein, perfectly sums up what America has become, today: we are no longer a nation of, by, and for the People, or under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all, but a nation run by the Rules of Disinformation, with godless abandon, seeking to divide and conquer us, with the oppression and the weaponization of justice against us. If this is not changed soon, we will no longer be the once political leader known as United States of America, but become a banana republic no better than any other form of despotic dictatorship reveling in authoritarianism, fascism, militarism, or communism.
