The Silent 29 Minutes Question: Were You Just Target of a Government Conspiracy?

O.K., feel free to label me a conspiracy theorist, despite the fact that I’ve scored well in forecasting theory outcomes and ‘next steps’ which have come to pass, helped put a lot of bad people behind bars, shut down crime rings, thwarted terror plots, and generally been found correct. Eight books generally on topic to the matters discussed herein, at least peripherally if not directly, may count for something, as well. But today, what I must talk about is truly going to sound a bit out there, at the fringe, despite a lot of basis in fact and supporting information. It is about the recent nation-wide alert test conducted by FEMA, and the Silent 29 Minutes you didn’t know about, in the alert drill.
It is only natural that conspiracy theories should arise at the announcement of such a test, as the timing of it is highly coincidental with a number of curious matters, all of which are framed by international tensions of the Nuclear Bomb sort. The Russia/Ukraine conflict, thanks to continual prodding with a stick by both NATO and U.S. interventions and rhetoric, have led to saber rattling from Putin of the Nuclear sort, while at the same time, U.S. policy toward Iran and Israel has both given Iran their own nuclear capability, and Mullah-logic reasons to rattle their saber at the Middle East, and the U.S. Then, of course, both China and N. Korea antics are heating things up, in like manner.
While all of that can be laid at Biden’s failing Foreign Policy feet, and were essentially warned of by President Trump during his campaign against Mr. Biden, it is precisely the polarization of American politics by the far Left’s bitter ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome,’ and unending ‘Get Trump’ mentality, which frames this context. Consider for a moment the political strife about election fraud, the border’s threat to national security, unbridled Democrat spending sprees and resulting inflation, and the effort by Dems to launch endless Kangaroo Court indictments against Trump to dampen his chances at a second run for the White House.
These heated debates have so increased political polarization, that there is constant rhetoric from both sides, as well as from within government, about the possibility of civil war, revolution, or martial law; games where everyone must play, and no one wins. Media is all to happy to report any violent events which might be seen as first fruits of a broader nation-wide uprising of some sort. And, don’t forget, the election-time COVID shots and mandates are coming, or even scarier bioweapon threats, which can also lead to those same games, check, and mate. Some worry that the assault on the food supply chain, from fires at processing plants to vaccines of livestock, to train derailments and ships stacking up in harbors, have the same potential.

Thus begs the question, was the FEMA drill really about Russia or similar bad actors… or was it about (as the Biden/Deep State machine continually frames us) we awful conservative “White Nationalist racist Bible thumping, gun toting Christian AGAAVE insurrectionists? What? You don’t know AGAAVE? No, its not yet another sexual pronoun gimmick.
According to Homeland Security’s Department of Excellence (oxymoron, that), that is the latest way to describe Trump supporters, and other conservatives. It stands for Anti-Government and Anti-Authority Violent Extremism in the United States. Because you can’t have a Police State without and enemy to Police, and the easiest way to get one, is to gift anyone who does not like your politics with the label. Hitler labeled socialists and Jews. Biden and the Deep State like you and me for the role.
Within these combined contexts, then, how truly coincidental is it that Russia announced their own nationwide nuclear attack drill to run on the 3rd of Oct., just one day before the U.S. drill scheduled for the 4th, and Israel’s simultaneous drill of the same kind? Three nations in lock-step fear mongering and saber rattling? Nothing about either nation’s drills were ‘completely normal,’ each representing a stark differences from normal drills in one or more ways.
Add to that, that Russia is considering to test a nuclear bomb, for no other reason than to rattle their sabers, loudest of all, a matter buried in the news, two days ago. So yes, conspiracy theorists are having a field day, while many more Americans are simply frightened and wondering what is really going on, and speculating wildly… but with good reason. And so it is with the nationwide alert, itself; we have good reason to paint it conspiratorially, and I’ve seen some doozies.
The Silent 29 Minutes
But this theorist is focusing on just one thing, the Silent 29 Minutes, because that would seem to filter the context, and shape what it all might really mean, in ways which variously rebuke or endorse some of the other theories. It might calm some fears, but definitely raises others. If you read the actual FEMA announcement details, you learn that the test is in two parts, but there appears to be three things being tested, the third discovered only be reading carefully, and explained nowhere.
There is an FCC component of the alert process, which was aimed at radio and television, including both over-the-air and cable TV, and is based on the EAS (Emergency Alert System) technology. This was to result in interruptions of regular broadcasts with an alert message. There is also the WEA component, the Wireless Emergency Alert system, which largely mirrors EAS, to alert cell phone users and, presumably, smart TVs using wifi. All these alert messages were very brief, but there was a curious set of facts in the FEMA announcement which reveal the 29 minutes in question. The announcement in the first two bulleted points, reveal it (as I have highlighted):
- Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and whose wireless provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test message.
- For consumers, the message that appears on their phones will read: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

The message itself, once received by the phone, is static, and in the phone’s memory, where it can be read at any point in time, thereafter, until dismissed/deleted as desired. The phone sounds an alarm prompting the user to pay attention, but does not continue to sound for 30 minutes. So what was going on in the cellular system during the remaining Silent 29 Minutes?
Well, this conspiracy theorist has an acceptable answer I can well see being offered by government (were they to respond, which is not at all likely), regardless if true or not (as in a cover story), to whit: ‘that the towers continue to broadcast the signal so that people just entering cell tower range from a no coverage situation, or just turning their phones on, might receive the signal.’ Seems plausible enough a reason on the face of it. But is it?
If I call your phone and your phone is turned off, when you power up, you will get the notice that I called, and any message I may have left. It is the same for sms and for WEA messages. That is a function of the network, not of the sender, or even the towers. And, there is no time limit. Your phone sends out a ‘here I am’ signal on power up or when entering a new tower zone, which is relayed by towers to the central computer, where any waiting messages of this sort are then returned back to you. It does not require the towers to be continually sending the same data.
So then, what was the tower doing for the extra 29 minutes, or more technically, correct, 29.999 minutes, because the actual alert message took only milliseconds, or so? There would seem to be only two possibilities, both of which are nefarious, highly conspiratorial, and as it happens, rather easy to detect and thwart, if one is aware. And this writer is, and was. And I did detect, and thwart, usefully, and a bit more.
My awareness stems, in part, from decades as a privacy/security consultant specializing in stalking victims, many of whom have been whistleblowers or other targets (persons of interest) to initialed agencies or other sophisticated players. There are forms of Political Control Technology (PCT) which are truly forms of mind control, which can be used to harass, punish, and turn any targeted individual into a social, political, and financial zero, over time (discrediting and neutralizing them). The bulk of such weapons are generally microwave based, as is the cellular network, the phones themselves, and wi-fi network components. They are often called DEW (Directed Energy Weapons).
In addition, the digital telephone network was designed by the Ma Bell companies with the express participation of NSA. It is designed to be operated by a series of high-speed tones not normally audible on the phones, which control the switching network, as well as interact with phones, themselves, to achieve various functions. Only the phone company, and the U.S. intelligence community and military are supposed to know these codes, but others do know them, or most of them.
If they were audible through the phone (sometimes happens), they would sound rather a bit like a very short burst of modem-like noises, yet different. Such tones can be used in any number of ways to convert the phone into a spy’s tool against the user, both to locate and track them in their travels, and to listen in, even when the phone is not in use. I have even heard others who claim that some phones when powered down, can be remotely turned back on, to facilitate. I have no confirmation of that, but it seems highly desirable, to any spy agency. But this is not the worst of it.
Over the years, more than one TSCM expert (Technical Security CounterMeasures – the guys who find covertly hidden surveillance devices and other threats) have warned me that the modern cell phones as early as three generations ago, held another possibility, which I dub, the Silent Sound Call. The phone does not ring, and need not be answered to activate. The signals the phone receives are modulated, and generate no sound. Instead, though themselves ultra high microwave frequencies, they can form secondary frequencies much lower, low enough to match those of the human brain.
If also impressed within those lower frequencies, is a signal pattern matching any number of known brainwave patterns common to human emotions, something called brain entrainment takes place; the brain adopts the stronger microwave induced signal as if its own, and the victim experiences the associated emotion, with no outward basis, which can make it quite disturbing. As a PCT weapon, this means a phone can be remotely used to cause the owner to experience fear or anxiety, anger, a sense of loss or of being lost or confused, or perhaps the opposites. It can even make one feel tired or wakeful despite any actual physiological truth. Any combination can be achieved. That is, at least, the claim, and in my experience in working with thousands of victims, I have seen evidence that it is just so. I have personally had a taste of it, myself.

Knowing these things, I elected to perform a test. I charged my phone the day before, and allowed the phone to sit, powered up, waiting for the alert message. When it ‘rang,’ I noted my battery level, which was 93%, which means that it took some 18 hours of standby (and one two minute call) to consume 7% of battery life. I then put the phone in my microwave oven, with the door partially open. This would adequately block my phone’s signals that I might be subject to experiencing any intended entrainment, but not totally prevent the cell tower some 300 feet away, from communicating with it.
I waited 15 minutes, observing my mental state, which was normal; I was doing word processing, which is fairly productive, typically continually typing with minor corrections as I go. I then took the phone out, and noted the battery level was suddenly 82%, a bit more than a 10% loss of power impossible on mere standby, alone, in 15 minutes time. The phone was busy doing ‘something.’
The phone was then set aside, about two feet away, and I resumed word processing. Now, as it happens, I am hyper-electrosensitive, which means I have a physiological sense, of sorts, that tells me when I’m near to or exposed to increased levels of electromagnetic fields or radio frequencies. At one time, I could find electrical wires in the walls with my bare hands, for instance. But microwave, if stronger than normal, or if there is a lot of activity in terms of frequencies, I feel on my head and the back of my neck, as if someone has pulled knit cap over it; a kind of sense of touch, warmth, and pressure, just noticeable enough to get my attention, creating a nagging sense that I need to take the hat off, that isn’t there.
At such times, and exactly as almost immediately came to pass in my test upon removing the phone from the oven, in addition to those feelings taking me, came confusion. Where I had been typing fluidly, it took me well more than five minutes to type two sentences, at about half the length and complexity of this and the prior sentence. This ‘mental fog’ lasted for the remainder of the full 30 minutes of the test, and lingered, slowly abating over about another five minutes more, after which normal clarity returned. It is all entirely within the normal expected experience of DEW targeting by brain entrainment PCT.
This is hardly conclusive, of course, being I was the only one doing the test, and can offer no physical proofs; unless others were to come forward to report similar, we will not truly have anything approaching concrete understanding. But it is highly suggestive that something dark took place, something requiring a lot of power, ‘doing nothing.’ And in my analysis of it all, I have a theory (conspiracy, if you so wish to label it) as to what the intent, method of application, and evaluation was, as likely a conspiracy as any other ever thought to be hatched by Homeland or any of the initialed agencies.
I remind the reader that Homeland Security was created by an emergency-like state of mind which resulted from the 9-11 attack, to defend against terrorism. But many of we theorists, this writer included, believe 9-11 was a false flag event born of Operation Northwoods, a plan signed off on by all five Joint Chiefs at the Pentagon, and Director of CIA under the Kennedy Administration, as a means to justify a war against Cuba. This was rejected by Kennedy, and many feel it was on reason for his assassination; the ‘soft on communism’ theory.
The use of hijacked airliners was just one part of Northwoods, with nearly a half-dozen other major false flag attacks, all of which preceded 9-11, and all of which were laid at the feet of Osama bin Laden. This included blowing up buildings (WTC bombing), blowing up U.S. Embassies (done, in spades), blowing up a U.S. warship in a foreign harbor (the U.S.S. Cole), and assassinating Americans on public streets (the D.C. Sniper). I could go on and on, and in great depth, because these matters are covered in my book set on crimes of the New World Order since 1947, and into the future; the book literally forecast 9-11 just over two years beforehand, as well as many other events which indeed came to pass, one of which (Gas Station Tasking terror cell), I personally thwarted.
And that brings us back to Homeland, because there are things about it which lead me to think it is the key to unraveling the future intended for our country by the NWO/Deep State. For one, Homeland was officially ‘invented’ and laid out in plans exactly two years, to the day, before 9-11, by the Anser Institute, a military think tank. Another is, the top two men appointed to head Homeland on day one, were both CIA assassins from the Vietnam War. I’ll not give proof of that, here, but it is in my books.
And all we have seen from Homeland, since its inception, is vilification of citizens exercising their rights, and draconian measures infringing upon those rights. They are the most Jackboot-minded agency in America, and they have contaminated the thinking and operational methods of CIA, FBI, NSA, and on down to local Law Enforcement, and of course, other agencies such as CDC, FEMA, and FCC, etc. They are the Military-Industrial-Intelligence-Media, Deep State, and New World Order cabal, rolled into one overriding Ministry of Evil to Come.

So now, in closing, I offer a likely scenario; ‘the plan’ hatched and deployed via the nationwide alert:
- use the towers to activate all cellphones in a conventional alert scenario, but also, to embed brain entrainment signals of negative consequence to those who might be effected by them;
- monitor such phones by audio listen in, and capture GPS locations, and user information;
- after a set period of time, hours or perhaps a couple of days, review Police Reports for a likely spike in traffic accidents or violent events, over normal levels;
- a subsequent monitoring of phones might imply that some users were no longer actively using their phones, indicating they may possibly have been involved in an accident or violent event;
- cross correlating such persons with local police reports would allow a means of comparing how many appear to have involved persons who experienced the brain entrainment, establishing a metric of predictable results for any future use… which would not necessarily require the alert system, nationwide, to employ it; they could at any time target any individual or group of individuals, regardless of the groups size, at any time, if knowing their phone number.
By such a test, the effectiveness of any future use could be determined in advance. Likely, the length of exposure to entrainment signals were varied, and perhaps the emotional shifts intended, were varied, as well as intensity of signals, with various combinations employed in differing communities, say at a County or Regional level… which is a notion supported by the EAS system, which can specify where any alerts will or will not be received.

What can we do with this? One is, to be aware of the symptoms of brainwave entrainment. There is another article on this where you can learn more, including other ways such signals can be used against you, covertly… Cuban Embassy Syndrome, style. Two, is to monitor your cell phone’s power consumption for signs of excessive power drain, especially when sensing such symptoms. Isolate the phone in such cases, via Three: learn about shielding options; it is possible to shield the phone and wifi components, shield yourself, or shield whole rooms or the entire home.
