A former advisor to Bill Clinton said he believes there is a “good chance” Hillary Clinton will run against Donald Trump in 2024 if Joe Biden loses Congress in the midterms.

Dick Morris’s claims echo Clinton’s frequent hints she may run against Trump again, and in some cases declaring, “I can beat him again.”
Morris said a rematch between Clinton and Trump could be on the cards if Democrats fail to pull successful results in the November election, arguing that such a failure would see the party turn on both Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
Speaking to WABC radio host John Catsimatidis, Morris said there’s “a good chance of it,” referring to the possible presidential rematch.
“Hillary has set up a brilliant, brilliant strategy that nobody else is able to do,” Morris declared.
“What she’s done — at a point at which no Democrat is willing to come out and criticize Joe Biden, but all Democrats are disappointed with him and have to realize the ultimate correctness of our accusations that he was incompetent to be president — she has set up a zero-sum gain with him,” he added.
