“Attention EBT Cardholders“

“If you get a Providers card (formerly known as Fresh EBT) in the mail, please be aware that this is NOT a new EBT card. While this card and mobile app use EBT language, Providers is not endorsed by, or associated with, the Missouri Department of Social Services.“
