Hurricane Matthew Is Master Plan To Get Hillary Into Office

I’m just speculating, but what is going on in Florida with Hurricane Matthew is a master plan of the world elite in order to get Clinton into office. It has been reported on over and over the last couple of weeks that Clinton is losing support in the state of Florida. We also know that HAARP is available to manipulate the weather and climate via electromagnetic waves; similar to an MRI machine.
Is it possible that this hurricane was concocted so that HILLARY COULD COME IN LIKE A HERO?
Either way something “fishy” is happening.
