Federal prosecutors are considering charging Hunter Biden with three tax-related crimes as well as a charge related to a gun purchase, wherein he lied on the background check form, according to a new report.

These charges would likely include two misdemeanor counts for failure to file taxes, one felony count of tax evasion related to a business expense, and the gun charge which is a potential felony, according to NBC.
