That was the mission of Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplains “back when” they ministered in Charlotte, North Carolina—home of BGEA headquarters—where violence broke out for the second night in a row. As the chaplains went back into areas where chaos had erupted, their goal was to share the light of Christ with people who were hurting, just as they’ve done in cities like Baltimore and Ferguson.
