Patriot,
The former Attorney General of the United States just confirmed what Special Operations Speaks has been saying for a long time: that Hillary Clinton should be disqualified from holding office…
On MSNBC’s Morning Joe, former USAG Michael Mukasey said that Hillary’s directive to have her email servers wiped clean violates federal statute and may subject her to being disqualified from holding office.
“There are statutes that deal with what happens to you if you are a custodian of public records and you, among other things, alter them or obliterate them,” Mukasey said. “That, number one, is a felony – and that statute disqualifies you from holding any further office under the United States.”
Already over 50,000 Americans have signed the petition urging Congress to take action on this, and as Hillary’s scandals continue to unravel we simply cannot let up.
If you agree that Hillary Clinton should be disqualified from holding any government office ever again, add your name to our petition today.

Mukasey’s argument for Hillary’s disqualification is found in Title 18, Section 2071 of the United States Code.
Here’s the statute in its entirety:
(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States. (emphasis ours)
It’s clear that Hillary fits the bill on this one. We knew she erased – or, “obliterated” – her personal email server back in May.
Something must be done…
That’s why we are again asking you to help move Congress into action on this. It’s time that Hillary Clinton is disqualified from holding any office of “honor, trust or profit under the United States.”

Thanks for taking action.
