Musk Says General Amnesty For Suspended Accounts ‘Begins Next Week’

Great news for anyone who has ever used Twitter and been targeted by the former leftist-socialist overlords who banned people at will for “wrong think.”

On Thanksgiving day, Elon Musk announced that all previously suspended accounts would be reactivated and given back to their owners.

There are a few caveats. If account owners broke the law or “engaged in egregious spam” they won’t get them back.

Musk took a poll on November 23rd asking:

“Should Twitter offer a general amnesty to suspended accounts, provided that they have not broken the law or engaged in egregious spam?”

An overwhelming 72% of the 3,162,112 Twitter users who took the poll said they supported unbanning accounts.

After the poll ended Musk announced:

“The people have spoken. Amnesty begins next week. Vox Populi, Vox Dei.”
